Freddy George was the co-owner of the CSW Training Center in Fullerton, California with Erik Paulson. That is where Team Archangel MMA Fight Team was spawned. After that life experience Freddy moved on to the Anaheim Ducks and LA Kings AAA hockey programs where he was the rock solid pillar that built up many student athletes and aspiring professional hockey players. In fact, in his first year with the LA Selects 16 AAA team he got that hockey team to the national finals game against Shattucks St. Mary’s in Minnesota. Freddy uses functional and linear training in conjunction with speed and quick foot drills, as well as sport specific frequency pattern movements to make WINNERS!!!
