Freddy George will come to your facility and teach the entire CSW (combat submission wrestling) curriculum.
CSW is a combination of Catch Wrestling, Folk Style, Free Style, Greco Roman, Russian Sambo, Brazilian & Japanese Jui-Jitsu, Judo and Japanese Shooto on the ground. The CSW stand up game is a mixture of JKD, North American Boxing and kickboxing, French Savate, Muay Thai, Dutch Style Kickboxing, Tae-Kwon-Do, Israeli Haganah, and Philipino Kali and Escrema.
